AIJK series phase-shift trigger

1、 Product Overview

The AIJK series phase-shifting trigger is an intelligent trigger that applies microcontroller technology. It has powerful functions and high reliability, and can be suitable for various types of industrial electric furnaces such as resistance wires, silicon carbon rods, and loads that use transformers to reduce voltage, such as silicon molybdenum rods and tungsten wires. It can also be used for motor soft start control.

2、 Functional Features

1. 0-20mA (0-5V)/4-20mA (1-5V) signal compatible input;

2. Using computer technology for linearized power correction, when the load is resistive, its output power is proportional to the input signal;

3. Automatic synchronization function, no need to adjust the phase sequence when connecting the thyristor trigger line; AIJK-30 does not even require polarity;

4. Trigger phase shift adjustment function, connect E8 handheld device to set parameters for shifting adjustment of single-phase/two-phase or overall trigger phase, correct input signal size and maximum output limit;

5. The soft start/soft stop function with adjustable power on time can adapt to silicon molybdenum rods, tungsten wires, electric motors, and inductive loads;

6. Adopting full optoelectronic isolation and "burn-in" technology, the reliability is very high and it causes minimal interference to the input end;

7. Equipped with a switch power supply, it can be directly powered by a 220VAC power supply. The AIJK-30/AIJK-33 has two sets of DC power outputs, 5V and 24V.
